Book Transport

If you are traveling to the venue on 26 April there is the option of a bus which needs to be booked prior to the event, this will be at an additional cost - there will be a few buses scheduled throughout the day to reach the venue in time for the conference start at 5pm, these buses will leave the airport at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.  We have also scheduled a 6pm bus to cover any delayed flights.  Buses will also be in operation on 02 May to take people back to the airport - We have booked one early bus at 6am and the rest of the buses will leave the venue from 10:30am, after the conference has finished.

There will be a team at the airport ready to meet you on the 26 April and point you in the direction of the buses, but please note that Schiphol’s distinctive red and white cube ‘Meeting Point’ has been removed. There is now a temporary meeting point near the travellators to train platforms 3-4 and 5-6, close to the Burger King seated area. Just look for the ‘meeting point’ sign, as shown in the picture below:
