Day Out
Included in the registration fees will be a fantastic trip to Keukenhof - known as the Garden of Europe and the most beautiful spring garden in the world.
It is one of the world's largest flower gardens with approximately 7 million flower bulbs planted
in the gardens each year!
We will also be visiting the beautiful Dutch village of 'Zaanse Schans', a unique part of the Netherlands, Historic windmills and distinctive green wooden houses line the canals and the Zaans Museum has regional costumes, model windmills and interactive exhibits on chocolate making. Artisan workshops demonstrate rare handicrafts such as wooden clog carving, barrel making and pewter casting.
This will be a fantastic opportunity to see some beautiful and iconic sights of the Netherlands.
Transport
You will need to book your own flights to and from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. We will arrange transportation from the airport to the venue on 26 April 2023 and from the venue to the airport on 02 May 2023, these will be at an additional cost to the registration fees of $20 each way. Please make sure you indicate that you want to book this when you register and then make the payment to confirm.
What to Bring
As the seasoned travellers that many of you are, you don't need to be reminded to pack your socks or shoes, but here are a few reminders of what else you will need to bring to ensure you have a pleasant stay:

Toiletries - soap for the rooms will be provided

Plug adapter - (The Netherlands uses the Type F electrical plug. This plug has two round pins, spaced about 2 cm apart, and is the same as those used in many countries in Continental Europe. The standard voltage is 230-volts, but some hotels have special plugs for 110 or 120-volt shavers)

Travel Insurance - You will need your own travel insurance to attend this event, CCI WW cannot cover you.

The venue will be providing breakfast, lunch, dinner for all attendees and there will also be a constant supply of hot tea, coffee, cold water, fruit and sweets.

All guest rooms are heated and each bed is supplied with a duvet, pillow and all bed linen, towels are also provided.

Free Wifi will be available across the site

All tap water in the Netherlands is drinkable.
