Is the Global Gathering open to spouses?

Yes. We value the role that spouse play in the ministry and would love to have spouses join us and fully involved in the conference.

Can children attend?

Due to the limitation on numbers, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children at this venue - if you do wish to travel with your family we will be able to send you details of local hotels where they will be able to stay, but you will need access to a car to travel to and from the event venue.

I am coming with my family - Where else can I stay nearby?

There are a number of hotels local to the venue, although these are not in walking distance so you will need to provide your own transportation to get you to and from the venue each day.

This hotel also has 5 bungalows for families to rent

Option 3: RCN het Grote Bos | Holiday park in Utrechtse Heuvelrug (Doorn) ( 9 minutes by car to hotel Zonheuvel)

Especially for families - you can book different holiday homes, safari tents ect.

Prices are not available yet for 2023

There is a restaurant and supermarket on site

What are the payment amounts?

Holding Deposit $50 USD
Full Early Bird Fee $840 USD (only available for registrations & deposits received prior to 30 Sept 2022
Full Standard Fee $935 USD
Transportation to and from Schiphol Airport is $20 each way - please indicate that you wish to book this on your registration form and make the payment to confirm the booking

I have paid my deposit, how do I make further payments of my conference fee?

Final payments can be made at any time but need to be made by 01 March 2023.

There are three ways you can make a payment:

1. Pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal in US$ or GBP via the following link:

Do I need a Visa for Netherlands?

Please click on the 'Visas' tab for further details. If you are likely to need a Visa, this can take a long time to process so you need to act soon. Please get in contact if you need an invitation letter from CCI or from The Netherlands .

Can I come to Netherlands if I haven't been Vaccinated against COVID?

Obviously we cannot guarantee that you will be able to come into the Netherlands if you haven't been vaccinated against COVID. Please click here to read all the requirements that need to be met to come into the Netherlands from your home country. Be aware that these requirements can change, so do make sure you check before you travel to make sure you can still travel

Can anyone join the Global Leadership Program?

We currently have names for the EXL places but if you are interested in joining the EML course then please contact your home Association Leader for consideration - if you need help with this then please contact us.

What is the addition commitment required for those signing up to the Global Leadership Program?

As part of this programme there will be a closing session in Canada in 2024, therefore all those wishing to take part in the GLP must be prepared to commit to phase two in Canada (there will be some funding available for this from CCI Worldwide to help with costs).

How do I get to the venue?

If you are traveling to the venue on 26 April there is the option of a bus which needs to be booked when registering, this will be at an additional cost -there will be a few buses scheduled throughout the day to reach the venue in time for the conference start at 5pm. A bus will also be in operation on 02 May to take people back to the airport - buses on the departure date will leave the venue from 10am, after the conference has finished.

Where do I pick up the shuttle bus on 26th from Schiphol airport to the venue?

A team will be at Schiphol airport on 26 April to greet you as you arrive and to show you where to pick up the bus that will take you to the airport. Please do look out for them at the big red and white square:

What if my flight is a day earlier or a day later than the event?

If you arrive early or leave later it is our strong recommendation that you stay at the Ibis located at the airport so that you can still make use of the shuttle buses that we will be organising for you (at an additional cost)

Do you recommend anywhere to stay before or after the event to explore Amsterdam?

If you want to have some time exploring Amsterdam prior to or after the Global Gathering then 'Pension Homeland' is a great option - this hotel is 8 miles from the airport and is only a short walk to the centre of Amsterdam.

A number of people are already booked in to stay at this hotel before the event so if you do want to meet up with others and do some exploring then let us know and we can connect you.

Can I arrive earlier or stay longer at the venue either before or after the Gathering?

You will need to book directly with the hotel if you wish to stay additional nights.

Can I do laundry at the venue?

No, there are no onsite facilities for laundry.

Do I need to take my own linen?

No, towels and all bed linen will all be provided by the venue.

Can I purchase food on-site?

You will not be able to purchase additional meals on site, but there will be a supply of tea, coffee, fruit and sweet snacks available all day at no additional cost.

What is your cancelation policy?

CCI WW hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. Therefore, our Cancellation and Refund Policies will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the GG2023.

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Conference registration canceled on, or before 01 March, 2023 is refundable but subject to a $25 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling after 01 March, 2023 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
In the event CCI WW must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances*, we will refund the full cost of registration.

*Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and beyond the control of the organisers which prevents CCI WW from continuing with the GG2023. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, a pandemic, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, travel restrictions.
