Oksana Mahdych

Oksana Mahdych is the Director of Training Programs at CCI Ukraine and she oversees the educational department, develops courses, and organizes seminars and conferences while teaching courses in psychology, pedagogy, generational theory, leadership, and management; she now specializes in teaching about war-related staff burnout and how to deal with PTSD issues. She has been involved in Christian camping since 1996 and she has transitioned through various roles, from sports leader to program leader to camp director. She holds a Master's degree in psychology. When the war broke out, she relocated to another part of Ukraine, where she co-founded and managed a Refugee Center that helped over 3,000 displaced people during the first four months of the war.
