Ray Schnickels

Ray Schnickels is a board coach and non-profit consultant. After serving in Christian camping for almost 30 years he founded Strategic Executive Tools. He has been a CCCA Thriving Boards coach and faculty member since 2016. He has helped many organizations with leadership transition. Ray is an association coach for Christian Camping International with a focus on CCI Brazil.  He speaks at conferences across the US and internationally.  Ray lives in Canby, OR with his wife, Diane, of over 40 years.
